Employees satisfaction at work is necessary as it can affect their performance and eventually the company's benefit as well. Thus, the employees should be given the opportunity to be content at work, convenient and then satisfied with their job. There are several ways to lead such circumstance, for instance: the employees are given sufficient chance and space to explore their mind for reaching the work result without being blamed for not using the same common method, then encourage them to make their office as comfortable as their own home but still with some limitations. This kind of workplace, along with its homey surroundings and atmosphere, can trigger their creativity to do better, not the opposite. Last but not least, the company can allow them to explore their personal interest to keep their passion on fire for work, which is definitely beneficial for the company too.
